HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2021

Our last day of shipping is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17. 


We can't promise it'll arrive before Christmas (it's out of our hands once your package leaves Ardent Market) but we CAN promise that we'll get it processed as quickly as possible. 


We are anticipating major shipping delays this holiday season, so if it's important to have your orders before Christmas, please make your purchases early!

PACKAGING
We believe in a more eco-friendly handling method for your packages- our materials are recycled from vendors, local businesses, and customers! Retail packaging waste is our least favorite thing. All of our purchased materials are made from eco-friendly, sustainable, and recyclable materials.

Don't be alarmed if it looks like the box has been used; it's a wonderful thing to keep our shipping costs down for you and our footprint light for the planet.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are a small operation—a one-woman show to be exact. Orders ship within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. We offer the use of USPS and UPS to ensure the best rates possible. Tracking + Insurance will be provided on all orders.

Ardent Market is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you provided us with the wrong shipping address we are not liable to give you a refund or replacement of the product that you purchased. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at the time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship Internationally! Please expect longer ship times for International orders. International shipments are sent via the Post Office, DHL, or UPS and take around 5-20 business days (and in rare cases can sometimes take up to a month). If you'd like a speedier delivery DHL 2 day shipping is economical and reliable. 

By placing an order, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at the time of delivery.

BREAKAGE
In the unfortunate event of breakage, please email us at hello@ardentmarket.com within 5 days of receiving the order. In your email please include pictures of the breakage, packaging, and box. All items have insurance, but each shipping carrier requires proof of damage, and purchase.

In some rare cases our insurance company might want contact you for verification. This process takes 2 minutes, and is a big help to us.
CANCELATIONS
+ If for any reason your order is to be delayed or canceled–due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email.

+ If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify us hello@ardentmarket.com as early as possible.

Exchanges & Store Credit

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We are happy to accept domestic exchanges or store credit on any unworn, unwashed, full-priced merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange or store credit. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final.


Please note: An Exchange Fee of $7 will be automatically deducted from your total. If you opt for in-store credit, this $7 fee is waived. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders. Original shipping fees are not refundable for store credit.

  • Order number and name
  • Whether you'd like an exchange or store credit
  • If exchanging: desired new item & color (if applicable)


You can expect to receive your exchange or store credit within two weeks of receiving your items.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We are happy to accept international exchanges or store credit on any unworn, unwashed, full-priced merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange or store credit. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final.


Please note: We do not cover the cost of shipping on international exchanges. Please expect a large window of time for shipping back and forth on international exchanges. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all items shipped back.

FINAL SALE 
  • Due to health and safety all bath, haircare, skincare, soaps, bandanas, masks, and jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange. 
  • All items on sale/clearance and purchased during a sale promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • If items are not sent back in their original condition, they are considered final sale. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
