Our last day of shipping is FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17.
We can't promise it'll arrive before Christmas (it's out of our hands once your package leaves Ardent Market) but we CAN promise that we'll get it processed as quickly as possible.
We are anticipating major shipping delays this holiday season, so if it's important to have your orders before Christmas, please make your purchases early!

Exchanges & Store Credit
We are happy to accept domestic exchanges or store credit on any unworn, unwashed, full-priced merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange or store credit. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Please note: An Exchange Fee of $7 will be automatically deducted from your total. If you opt for in-store credit, this $7 fee is waived. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders. Original shipping fees are not refundable for store credit.

- Order number and name
- Whether you'd like an exchange or store credit
- If exchanging: desired new item & color (if applicable)
You can expect to receive your exchange or store credit within two weeks of receiving your items.
We are happy to accept international exchanges or store credit on any unworn, unwashed, full-priced merchandise within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange or store credit. All items must have their original tags and packaging. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Please note: We do not cover the cost of shipping on international exchanges. Please expect a large window of time for shipping back and forth on international exchanges. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all items shipped back.

- Due to health and safety all bath, haircare, skincare, soaps, bandanas, masks, and jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
- All items on sale/clearance and purchased during a sale promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
- If items are not sent back in their original condition, they are considered final sale. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
