We believe in a more eco-friendly handling method for your packages- our materials are recycled form vendors, local businesses, and customers! Retail packaging waste is our least favorite thing. All of our purchased materials are made from recycled materials and made in the United States.
Don't be alarmed if it looks like the box has been used; it's a wonderful thing to keep our shipping costs down for you and our footprint light for the planet.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All items are carefully packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service or UPS with tracking information. Shipping rates fall into a flat rate range by weight or size. Flat Rate is an economical way to accommodate a wide range of goods and destinations.
Items are shipped every Tuesday and Friday each week. Domestic shipments take about 2-4 business days. Some delays are expected due to the pandemic, elections, and weather.
International shipments are sent via the Post Office, DHL, or UPS and take around 5-20 business days (and in rare cases can sometimes take up to a month). If you'd like a speedier delivery DHL 2 day shipping is economical and reliable.
In the unfortunate event of breakage, please email us within 5 days of receiving the order with pictures of the box and breakage. All items have insurance, but each shipping carrier requires proof of damage, and purchase.

By placing an order, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When purchasing vintage please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final.
We do our best to describe every object to the best of our ability and multiple photos are provided with each listing as well as measurements and any flaws of note. Remember you are purchasing vintage, therefore these items have been previously used and loved and will show some signs of wear. All items are sold as-is. When purchasing vintage you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of an object and viewed all the photos available.
We do ultimately want you to be happy, so don't hesitate to email with questions or concerns.
All Other Returns + Shipping Fees
For non-vintage items, if you're not happy with your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund (according to the order) within 14 days of delivery. We only accept returns within 14 days. Within 21 days you will be offered store credit. No refunds will be given after 21 days.
If items are not sent back in original condition, they will be subject to a restocking fee. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Returns are processed within 3-5 days of receiving. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.

Due to health and safety all bath, skincare, soaps, and jewelry is considered final sale.
All items on sale/clearance and purchased during a sale promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.
